LOL - sorry I have to laugh at this Str82u - no offense meant. The copyright of the smurfs is still owned by IMPS as ithas beenfor the past 50 years. These images tho are MINE, I personally own these figurines, took the pictures, fireworked them and everything. The copyright goes with the owner in this case, and I have transfered it to Rose for this instance. LOL viacom, LOL, they had never anything to do with the smurfs, I think you may have been thinking of Hanna and Barbera, they licensed the characters from IMPS for a while to make the cartoon, but never owned them. ;P
